Global Hotel Alliance arbeitet mit der Shiji Group zusammen, um fortschrittliche Technologie für unabhängige Hotelmarken weltweit bereitzustellen

Shiji Group enters partnership with Global Hotel Alliance to provide their member brands with its suite of advanced hospitality technology products and services.

Global Hotel Alliance (“GHA”), a network of independent hotel brands worldwide, has entered into a partnership with Shiji Group, a leading global hospitality technology solutions provider, to provide their member brands with a suite of advanced hospitality technology products and services.

GHA serves as the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands with over 35 brands across 78 countries and offers its members DISCOVERY, a hotel loyalty program with participation from its entire portfolio of hotels.

The global service agreement between Shiji and GHA will allow both companies to build on its existing relationships and expand the implementation of Shiji software solutions to even more hotel members of GHA. Shiji will expand its product offering to all GHA member hotels with solutions that range from operations to spa and golf to content distribution to global and alternative payments to reputation and guest experience management, and beyond.

“The partnership we are entering with Global Hotel Alliance is an exciting one that aligns Shiji’s cutting-edge technologies with an industry leading platform that supports independent hotel groups and collections. We look forward to providing our suite of secure, scalable and robust solutions to all GHA member brands and believe they will find immense value in the technology and the global service and support infrastructure we’ve established”, said Kevin King, COO of Shiji Group.

“We have been impressed with Shiji’s solutions and wide range of complementary products which will provide valuable enhancements to GHA’s central loyalty platform. This partnership will also allow us to offer our member hotels even more advanced technology to enable seamless operations and a better guest experience,” said Folker Heim, COO of GHA.
