Sihil Piyasiri is IHG’s Head of Hotel Solutions & Deployment for EMEAA East which covers Japan, Australasia & Pacific (JAPAC) as well as South East Asia & Korea (SEAK) Business Units. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy and delivery of hotel technology solutions to IHG’s portfolio of 210 plus hotels in 18 countries across the region. Sihil has worked for IHG for over 17 years in a number of technology roles including hotel openings, managing infrastructure and support. Before joining IHG Sihil, worked for Micros-Fidelio, Sheraton and Rydges.
Ted Horner established E Horner & Associates Pty Ltd, a consulting practice specializing in technology consulting for the hospitality industry. He is now widely respected as a leading global consultant in the hospitality industry. In 2002, he was a founding member of HTNG (Hotel Technology Next Generation), a not-for-profit body established in the US to promote open systems integrations between vendors in the industry. Today, he is an Executive Advisor to HTNG.
Nikkie Randhawa-Singh is Senior Vice President of Shiji Group, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. She has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Shiji in Juli 2018, Nikkie held the position of Key Account Director with Oracle Hospitality and held various positions with Micros Fidelio covering areas such as product implementation, training and development, operations management, and key account management. Nikkie is responsible for the management, development, and growth of Shiji in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Her goal is to be a true strategic partner with our customers, understanding their business and helping facilitate solutions that alleviate business challenges.
Anthony Stevens has 20 years of Hospitality Technology experience, working with Micros / Oracle for 16 years and Shiji for 4 years before joining Shiji in 2017. Anthony graduated with a background in Hospitality Management and Accounting. He now leads the Operations team for the Asia Pacific to assist with the market penetration of the Shiji portfolio.
