Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, Mark spent 21 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, helping the global hotel chain with the acquisition and expansion growth in Asia and Europe, achieving an initial growth rate from 8 new hotels per year in 2011 to 40 hotels in 2019.
Terence Ronson is the British expatriate founder of Pertlink, a Hong Kong-based consulting firm specializing in IT for hospitality and senior living. Launched Pertlink in 2000 with a vision to establish IT solutions and strategy to help position and operate most efficiently to maximize the Return on Investment (RoI); Terence helped consult and deploy technology in many award-winning projects in HongKong and the Philippines. Terence started his hospitality career as a chef in London before moving on to various hotel management positions in Asia and London in 1996. Today, Terence is a member of numerous professional organizations and organizer of Hotel TECH conferences. He has also been invited to be a guest speaker at conferences worldwide and has been tapped as a resource person for technology-related news articles and events involving hospitality and senior living facilities. In addition, he writes a blog for hospitality-related websites, with his most popular contribution being the ‘Do’s and Don’ts of Hospitality Technology.
