Dubai, UAE – 1 May 2012 – Swiss-Belhotel International, which operates 37 hotels and resorts throughout Asia and the Middle East, has chosen ReviewPro to monitor and manage its online reputation.
Swiss-Belhotel International has engaged ReviewPro to manage reviews and social media activity for the Group’s seven brands and each of its properties. This will help the Group analyse guest satisfaction levels and measure interaction with their audience online and in major online travel agency (OTA) websites.
