The new integration will allow customers of Shiji using Infrasys Cloud POS to receive OpenTable reservations and deliver improved dining experiences.

ATLANTA, Georgia, USA, Januar 16, 2024 – Shiji, the global hospitality technology innovator, and OpenTable, the world's leading provider of online restaurant reservations and diner feedback, have teamed up to bring richer insights to the customers of Shiji using Infrasys Cloud Point Of Sale (“POS”). This partnership brings together two of the industry's top technology solutions, allowing Shiji restaurants to better understand and serve their customers. With this integration, restaurants can deliver exceptional dining experiences, build out diner profiles and encourage feedback from guests.  

The integration will provide valuable insights into diner habits, allowing restaurants to better understand, market, and provide hospitality to their guests. This partnership will also give Infrasys Cloud POS customers unique access to OpenTable's app users and distribution channels, supporting their efforts to drive more diners into their restaurants.
