Guille is Director of Product at ReviewPro, the leading provider of Guest Intelligence solutions for the hospitality industry. He is responsible for the entire spectrum of product planning and execution; from definition, design, and development, to delivery of finished product and production. Prior to ReviewPro, Guille worked in several areas of global hospitality. Today, he uses his breadth of experience, insight and professional knowledge to be an established thought-leader in SaaS development and operations within the tech-hospitality industry. Guille is a seasoned speaker on hospitality tech and guest experience management, and give regular trainings and lectures in the field.

Jill is an accomplished hotel industry professional with more than thirty years of experience in hotel technology sales, hotel revenue management and operations. In her current position, she is leading the expansion of Shiji Group in North America and is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the portfolio of solutions in the region.  Prior to joining Shiji Group,  Jill held leadership positions at Cendyn, TSA Solutions, TravelClick and Hilton Hotels. Throughout her career, Jill has built a strong reputation as a leader, mentor and coach of sales and revenue management professionals in the hotel industry.  She enjoys working closely with her customers to provide them with consultative and strategic recommendations for acquiring and optimizing hotel technologie sthat  improve operational efficiencies, the guest experience and revenue performance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and throughout her career, she has been recognized with various awards for excellence in leadership, sales and revenue management.

Jordi is an experienced hotelier with more than 15 years in the Travel & Hotel Industry. Born and raised in a family deeply involved within the Travel & MICE industry from early ages was involved in travel agencies and congresses operations; he experienced first-hand the technology appearance and its effects in the industry and how it benefits the day to day operations of the family business.In 2005, at the end of his 2nd year of Mechanical Engineering, spent a year in Dublin working in the restaurant industry; this experience made him move to Barcelona and switch is degree to Hospitality Management. While in Barcelona he had stints at the Hotel Arts (a Ritz-Carlton Hotel), participated in the opening of the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona and finally, in 2010, decided to accept an offer from Majestic Resorts in Punta Cana where he currently is the Corporate Business Process Manager after being for 2 years the GM of the company’s flagship and being part of the Executive Opening Team of the first Mexican hotel of the company. Throughout the years Jordi was involved in hotel refurbishments, renovations and implementation of new services or technologies. His main focus and passion is to achieve operational excellence while exceeding his guests expectations: hotel technology and data analysis are essentials in order to reach his goals.
